By registering for and attending the Global Muslim Content Summit (GMC Summit), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your participation in the event, including ticketing, conduct, and responsibilities related to travel and accommodation.
1. Event Registration & Ticketing
1.1 Ticket Inclusions
- All ticket inclusions are final and cannot be changed once your application has been submitted.
- For details on what’s included with each ticket type (Essential or Visionary), please refer to the official GMC Summit website.
- Additional event details, including the full agenda, will be shared via email with successful applicants closer to the event date.
1.2 Creator Support Program
- Applicants requiring financial support may apply during the application process.
- Support is limited and not guaranteed.
- Applications will be reviewed by the GMC Summit panel. All decisions are final and non-negotiable.
- Successful applicants will be notified via email.
1.3 Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy
- All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
- Ticket types (Essential or Visionary) must be carefully selected at the time of application. Changes will not be permitted after submission.
1.4 Application Process
- Submit your application. If approved, your payment will be processed to confirm your ticket.
- Applications close on Saturday, May 31, at 11:59 PM AEDT, or when the event sells out.
- Applicants will be notified of their outcome by Saturday, June 14, at 11:59 PM AEDT.
- Tickets will be issued via email only to successful applicants.
- Your credit card will be securely held at the time of application. If approved, the payment will be processed automatically. If not approved, no payment will be taken.
- Applications are final and cannot be edited after submission.
2. Travel & Accommodation
2.1 Attendee Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for arranging your own flights, transportation, and accommodation.
- The organisers do not provide travel assistance, accommodation bookings, or visa sponsorships.
2.2 Visa Requirements
- If a visa is required to enter Malaysia, it is the responsibility of the attendee to secure one in time for the event.
- The organisers are not responsible for visa approvals or rejections.
3. Event Program & Changes
3.1 Program Modifications
- The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event program as necessary. This includes but is not limited to:
- Speaker line-up
- Session topics
- Session timings
- Venue layout
- Ticket inclusions
3.2 Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
- In the unlikely event the organiser cancels or reschedules the event due to unforeseen circumstances, registered attendees will be notified promptly using the contact information provided during registration.
- The organisers are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or any other costs incurred due to changes in event scheduling.

By completing your application and confirming your ticket, you agree to the terms outlined above.
